Many teachers and lecturers looking for a touch of magic to implement technology in their classroom experience. They review the software a lot, read about the latest technology and, at conferences, and in general to be very involved and immersed in research on products that are available to them they could use in their classrooms or school. Some companies will tell them there is a great solution for their needs in information technology, which involves complex systems and high costs.
Sometimes, contractors or consultants are required to propose a solution, it usually indicates that the technology they happen to sell the organization. School IT managers read how workers in information technology are the future workers, and that without learning, learners, they slip and fall behind the technology workers in other parts of the world. As we speak, India intends to spend in the U.S. on graduates with higher degrees, who can do the job cheaper and faster than their American counterparts.
